How to add your own world

Importing your world onto the server is fairly simple and only takes a few steps. If you get stuck at any point then please open a ticket and we can assist you

Step 1 - Finding your world

1. On your computer, open File Explorer
2. Within the top bar, enter the follow, replacing USERNAME with your windows account-name;
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\IronGate\Valheim\worlds


3. Now you will want to zip up all of the files with your world name, in my case the MyWorld files.

Step 2 - Uploading your world

1. Navigate to your server control panel
2. Head to Saves\worlds folder
3. Upload your zipped folder
4. Right click and extract the files

NOTE: Do not rename your world files, there is a known bug that causes the world to be un-playable if they are renamed

Step 3 - Enabling your world

1. Navigate to the Commandline Manager
2. Select Custom Commandlines
3. Select New
4. Enter a Description (this can be anything you like), Hostname, Server Password and finally the name of the world you uploaded.

NOTE: Please make sure to tick the select boxes on the left before saving, otherwise your changes won't take affect.

5. Save the Commandline
6. Click the Select button on the far right of the commandline, it should then appear in bold.

7. Restart the server and start playing!
