Upgrading/Downgrading Servers

If you want to upgrade or downgrade one of your servers and you are on the new NiTROPanel, then you can do this very easily.

1. Go to services and select the server that you want to either Upgrade or Downgrade. Go ahead and click the dropdown next to it and select your option.

2. There will be options for all the different packages you can have, select the one you want.

If you are upgrading, you will need to pay an invoice for the upgrade, if you are downgrading, then it will work automatically.

All prices for upgrades are worked out depending on the price between tiers and the days you have left on your billing cycle, for example;

When downgrading your server, instead of paying, you will be credited the difference into your account, which is displayed on the main billing page.

1. You have 10 days left on your billing cycle.

2. You are currently on the £5 Iron tier and you want to upgrade to the £10 Gold tier

If you have any problems with this, just contact support. Note: you will need to restart the server after, for it to take effect.
