I'm getting an error when upgrading

This occurs when you are either near the end of your billing cycle or have already tried to upgrade once.

If you already have an invoice generated for your server, you will need to pay this first and then start the upgrade process.

If you have been checking prices for upgrades and accidentally generated an upgrade invoice that you don't want, just contact support and we will remove it for you.
