Not all my RAM is being allocated?

When using the command /gc you may see that not all your RAM is currently allocated to your server.
This is totally normal and the way Java works. The startup parameters we use allocates your RAM in increments. This means when your server needs more RAM, it will have it. This process will continue until your server reaches its maximum amount of RAM that can be allocated for the tier you've selected.

Can I allocate all the RAM at the same time?
Unfortunately we cannot allocate all the RAM at the same time, we have spent many years testing our startup lines and our current one will make sure your server runs as smoothly as possible.
